Common Sync Issues
If youre experiencing problems syncing your health data across devices, this guide will help you troubleshoot.
Check Your Connection
First, ensure you have a stable internet connection:
- Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection
- Try accessing other websites or apps to verify connectivity
- Restart your router if using Wi-Fi
Verify Account Status
Make sure your account is active and properly configured:
- Log out and log back in
- Check that you're using the correct account credentials
- Verify your account hasn't been suspended
Clear Cache and Retry
Sometimes cached data can cause sync issues:
- Clear the app cache (Settings → Storage → Clear Cache)
