Common Sync Issues

If youre experiencing problems syncing your health data across devices, this guide will help you troubleshoot.

Check Your Connection

First, ensure you have a stable internet connection:

  1. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection
  2. Try accessing other websites or apps to verify connectivity
  3. Restart your router if using Wi-Fi

Verify Account Status

Make sure your account is active and properly configured:

  1. Log out and log back in
  2. Check that you're using the correct account credentials
  3. Verify your account hasn't been suspended

Clear Cache and Retry

Sometimes cached data can cause sync issues:
