Find a health metric, save favorites, view a chart, and export one metric

Browse Metrics lets you view a health metric over time and export its data. Open Browse → Metrics.
Find a metric
Search for a metric or expand a category, then select the metric to view its chart.
Tap the star on the metric’s detail screen to add or remove it from Favorites. Your favorites appear at the top of the metric list.
Chart
In Configure, choose a Date Range preset or select Custom and set the start and end dates. The chart and export use the same date range.
Time Grouping and Summarize Data affect the exported data; they do not change the chart.

Export one metric
- In Configure, choose an export format: CSV, JSON, or Markdown, and adjust the export settings you need.
- Tap Export at the bottom of the screen.
- When the file is ready, choose where to save or share it.
