Health Auto Export has a free tier, a one-time purchase Basic tier, and a Premium tier accessed by subscription or one-time purchase.

All paid purchases support Family Sharing.

For the first seven days, you can use every feature in the app.

After those seven days:

• Home Screen widgets stay available
• Statistics charts stay available
• Exporting requires Basic or Premium

Basic

$2.99 USD, one-time purchase

Basic includes:

• Manual export of health metrics and workouts, including sleep phases, metric details, and GPX workout routes
• Export using Shortcuts
• Home Screen widgets and statistics charts
• Family Sharing

Basic does not include automations, export destinations, Sync to Mac, or the MCP server.

Premium

Lifetime: $24.99 USD, one-time purchase
Yearly: $6.99 USD per year

Premium includes everything in Free and Basic, plus:

• Automated exports from iPhone to REST API, Home Assistant, Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, MQTT, Calendar, and Email. File formats depend on the destination: Home Assistant and MQTT use JSON, and Calendar creates events.
• Sync to Mac, so you can view synced data in Health Auto Export on Mac
• MCP server available on iOS and Mac allowing AI tools and scripts local access to your health data
• Running automations from Shortcuts
